Sales Executive (B2B Sales Outdoor /HORECA/Healthcare/Education)

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with all customers, conduct regular visits to ensure their needs are met, and pursue new business opportunities by showcasing our product portfolio to potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement approved sales tactics and operational plans for various areas and channels, including pricing and discount strategies, to achieve sales targets and plans.
  • Customer Database Development: Develop a robust customer database and cultivate strong client relationships to drive customer retention and increase market share.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Solicit and establish supply agreements with potential customers in alignment with departmental strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Foster close relationships with potential and existing customers to understand and meet their needs and expectations effectively.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and report sales trends and competitor activities, making necessary adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage and ensure the effectiveness of sales plans and strategies.
  • Sales Results Management: Monitor and report sales results against set targets and plans, taking necessary actions to ensure target achievement.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally within company policies and systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Hospitality Channel Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the hospitality channel, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Meetings and Presentations: Conduct regular sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients to drive sales growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in B2B - HORECA Channel or Facility Management Channel.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
