Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
- Meet potential clients (B2B) to present Rednote ERP & CRM solutions
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into customers
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic understanding of software/ERP/CRM is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Freshers/MBA graduates in Marketing/Sales are welcome to apply
