Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive – Bakery to join our team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling bakery products, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of bakery products to retail, corporate, and wholesale clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and product inventory.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and insights to management for strategic planning.
• Support marketing efforts, including campaigns, trade shows, and special events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of bakery products and industry trends is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel locally for client visits, product demos, and events.
