Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers such as industries, textile mills, commercial boilers, food processing units, power plants, and other fuel-consuming facilities
  • Conduct market research to understand customer fuel requirements and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Provide product presentations, share samples, and explain benefits of biomass pellets vs. traditional fuels
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site evaluations when required to assess fuel usage and recommend pellet solutions
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, and meet assigned targets
  • Resolve customer queries and offer after-sales support
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and renewable energy promotional activities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Understanding of industrial fuel usage and energy market trends.
  • Ability to explain technical and commercial benefits to customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong networking ability and customer-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits
