Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive ELV/ IT Security Systems

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and IT Security Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security and automation systems and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and IT Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, PA Systems, etc.)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads and converting them into clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure alignment of client requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience in ELV / Security Systems / IT Solutions in the UAE or GCC market.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
