Sales Executive - Car Rental Industry

Experience: 2 - 3 years (UAE)

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer

· Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs

· Meet all sales and service standards

· Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

· Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely

· Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs

· Complete administrative tasks including daily lists to assist the branch

· Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner

· Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed

· Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

· Responsible for handling all sales and customer support related questions for customers and partners

· Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality support with every customer interaction

· Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate

· Handle advanced roadside cases mechanical breakdowns, accidents (vehicle un-drivable), long distance tows > 100 miles

· Answer customer emails in a timely and professional matter

· Handle simple escalated roadside cases.

· Contact clients with interest in procuring automobiles to offer them sales deals

· Maintain a list of new/existing customers and occasionally communicate with them to discuss business opportunities

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue

· Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting a car that meets their specifications

· Oversee the processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units

· Process requests of customers who wish to part-exchange their current car for a new one

· Conduct the inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in car rental, sales, or business development, often with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and, in some cases, knowledge of luxury car brands
• A valid UAE driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
