Hiring: Sales Executive (Category Manager)
Location: Lahore
Reporting Line: Sales Central – Lahore

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive (Category Manager) will be responsible for managing and growing assigned product categories in the Lahore region. The role focuses on driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with dealers and retailers in the B2C segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category-wise sales strategies to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with retailers and dealers
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
  • Ensure proper product placement, branding, and in-store visibility
  • Prepare and share regular sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and operations
  • Ensure timely recovery of payments from dealers and distributors

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA (preferably in Marketing)
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting
