Sales Executive- Cleaning & Maintenance Company

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a cleaning services provider. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting our cleaning services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's cleaning services, including specialized offerings (e.g., deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, disinfection services).
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Manager.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Required: At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services, facilities management, or related industries.
• Preferred: Experience in B2B sales or working with commercial and industrial clients.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the cleaning industry and its services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales in the field of cleaning and maintenance company: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
