About the Role

We are a growing software house looking for a Sales Executive with strong English communication skills who is interested in building a career in software services sales and client management.

This role is ideal for someone with around 6 months of call center or customer communication experience who wants to transition into a more technical and consultative sales role within the software industry.

You will be trained to handle international clients, conduct software demos, and manage client relationships. This position has a clear growth path toward senior sales and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients via calls, video meetings, and written messages
• Handle client responses generated through Upwork proposals
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope
• Deliver basic product/service demos to clients (training will be provided)
• Maintain ongoing communication and account management for clients
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
• Document client requirements and discussions internally

How Our Sales Process Works

• Our team has dedicated Upwork bidders who send proposals to potential clients.
• Once a client responds, the Sales Executive takes over the communication, conducts calls, and manages the relationship.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Around 6 months experience in a call center, customer support, or sales role
• Confident speaking with international clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and grow in the software industry
