Job Description

We are hiring motivated and energetic Sales Executives for our real estate project. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are confident in sales, client handling, and closing deals. The company provides free accommodation and daily meals (three times a day) to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate projects to potential clients
• Generate leads through calls, visits, and client meetings
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
• Achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently
• Maintain proper sales records and reporting

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in closing deals
• Ability to work onsite and in a target-based environment
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
