Nashpati Digital is a fast-growing global digital marketing agency serving clients across the US, UAE, and UK. We offer 20+ services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Web & App Development, Branding, Amazon Marketing, and more. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate leads and grow our client base.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing deals. This is a performance-driven role — the more you close, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
• Identify and qualify potential clients who need digital marketing services
• Pitch and present Nashpati Digital's solutions based on client needs
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently and move leads toward closure
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly activity
• Meet monthly KPIs for leads generated, meetings booked, and deals closed

Who We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• A digital marketing agency background is a strong plus
• Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, or Web Development
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and organized

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month + Commission
