Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives and expand client base through structured sales activities
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to strengthen business partnerships
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM/ERP tools
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Skills
- Proven track record with 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and contract closure capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools
- Ability to handle multiple accounts with attention to timelines and details
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Management/Commerce preferred)
- Prior exposure to industrial products, engineering solutions, or B2B sales will be advantageous
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
- Proactive problem-solver with a structured and professional approach to sales
- Willingness to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry exhibitions
