Job Description:
Royal Solar Energy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our EPC Department. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solar market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in EPC or solar/energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the designated area.
