Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electric bikes and EV mobility products to retail customers, corporate clients, and fleet buyers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride presentations for potential customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads to close sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure proper showroom display and branding standards for EV bikes and accessories.
- Book the sales orders.
- Documentation related to sales.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of electric vehicles and two-wheeler market.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of EV technology, battery systems, and charging infrastructure (preferred).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience in motorcycles, EV bikes, automobiles, or related products preferred.
