Sales Executive – Facility Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, preparing tailored proposals, and closing sales deals for facility management services such as MEP maintenance, AMC contracts, soft services, and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, developers, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct meetings and site visits to understand service requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights on market trends and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and support overall revenue growth goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience in facility management, MEP services, AMC, or real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for client meetings and site visits).
• Familiarity with FM services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and security.
• Good understanding of AMC structures, SLAs, and technical service contracts.

Pay: AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month
