Sales Executive – Field Sales (Tax, Accounting & Compliance Services)

MIK Tax Consultant LLC is hiring a target-driven Sales Executive (Field Sales) to generate leads, visit clients, and close B2B deals for our tax, accounting, compliance, and business support services.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 4,000 per month
• Commission: Percentage of professional fees
• Benefits: Employment visa, medical insurance, company SIM (billing covered), transportation allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients across UAE to generate and close new business
• Build and manage a sales pipeline (lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, closing)
• Present company services, prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate and close deals
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular progress updates
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Services You Will Sell

• Corporate Tax: Registration, return filing, tax calculations, Free Zone CT support, Transfer Pricing support, FTA audit support
• VAT: VAT registration/deregistration, VAT return filing, VAT reviews & reconciliations, refunds & advisory, Free Zone/Designated Zone VAT support
• Accounting & Finance: Bookkeeping, AR/AP, bank reconciliation, MIS reports, payroll/WPS, financial statements
• Audit & Assurance: Internal audit support, audit assistance, compliance reviews
• Compliance & Regulatory: ESR, ICV, AML support, UBO/FATCA/CRS support, governance/policies
• Business Setup & PRO: Company formation support, trade license services, renewals/amendments, visa/immigration assistance
• E-Invoicing: Implementation support, system setup, integration support, training

Requirements

• 2–4 years sales experience in the UAE (required)
• Experience in tax/accounting/consultancy/corporate services sales is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving license (required)
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients regularly
