The Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Executive to spearhead growth by acquiring new clients, expanding our footprint in the luxury and lifestyle sectors, and closing high-value marketing and content deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients in luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, and lifestyle industries.
  • Pitch Drub Media’s CGI/3D visuals, product photography, and digital marketing campaigns with confidence and authority.
  • Develop proposals, media plans, and ROI models tailored to client objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Represent Drub Media at client meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales for digital marketing, creative agencies, or luxury branding.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta/Google/TikTok ads, SEO, social media strategy) and content production.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, and confident engaging C-level executives.
