Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive – Holiday Homes to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling short-term rental properties (holiday homes) to investors, homeowners, and tenants, as well as onboarding new units into the company’s portfolio.

You will play a key role in expanding our holiday homes inventory, generating leads, converting sales, and building long-term client relationships. A strong understanding of the UAE real estate and tourism market is essential, along with a passion for customer service and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
  • Pitch holiday home investment opportunities to potential clients (property owners and investors)
  • Present and promote the company’s property management services and holiday home solutions
  • Convert leads into signed holiday home units under management
  • Educate clients on the benefits of short-term rentals versus long-term leasing
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on tourism trends and competitor offerings
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful property onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and market activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or holiday home sales
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially in short-term rentals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • UAE Driving License and own car (preferred)
