Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

Acquire new accounts in hotels, restaurant chains, airlines, and catering businesses; expand relationships with existing clients.

Preparing and maintaining databases of potential clients through market research; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

· Communicating with those prospects directly to learn more about their needs and pain points.

· Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients to gather interest.

· Attend and visit client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.

Conduct regular market visits, collect competitors and demand intelligence, and translate insights into actionable strategies

Preparing for any shifts in market demand that can create a need for a new approach for business sustainability and growth.

Coordinate with the farm & Operations teams regarding any customer complaints.

Investigate the grounds of complaint and prepare the report to be shared with the stakeholders.

Ensure a resolution is provided and lapses do not recur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
