Sales Executive – Insurance

Location: Oud Metha, Dubai

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives with prior experience in Health, General, or Motor Insurance (preferably corporate/fleet policies). The ideal candidate will have a strong client network and the ability to build lasting business relationships in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and manage a growing portfolio of insurance clients.
• Promote and sell a range of insurance products (Health, General, and Motor – Fleet).
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–7 years in insurance sales (Health, General, or Motor Insurance – corporate focus preferred).
• UAE Experience: Mandatory.
• Portfolio: Candidates with an active client base or transferable portfolio will be preferred.
• Communication: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Personality: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: Negotiated percentage based on portfolio value (industry standard).
• Commission: Minimum 50% — negotiable depending on the portfolio size.
• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Benefits: Visa, health insurance, and all standard UAE regulatory benefits.
