Sales Executive (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

osition: Business Development Executive – Freight ForwardingJob Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and corporate importers for freight forwarding services.
  • Generate sales inquiries for Air Freight, Sea Freight, LCL, FCL, and related logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company services.
  • Negotiate freight rates and prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree will be preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding/logistics.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
  • Established network with commercial and corporate importers (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Target-driven, with strong time management and organizational skills.
