Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Male Sales Executive to join our team at the Sharjah branch. The successful candidate will possess a strong passion for consumer electronics, superior communication skills. This critical role is responsible for engaging with customers and making significant contributions to the continued growth of our fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Customer Engagement

  • Welcome, engage, and build immediate rapport with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Consultatively assess customer needs to provide expert advice and recommend the most suitable mobile accessories and electronic products.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, articulating features and benefits clearly to drive purchase decisions.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of the latest trends, products, and innovations across the mobile accessory and consumer electronics market.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management regarding customer preferences and evolving market demands to inform the Product Production team.

Inventory Operations

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records for the assigned section utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Assist proactively with stock replenishment, ordering, and inventory control processes for your section.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Deliver an exceptional standard of customer satisfaction through proactive pre-sales consultation and professional after-sales support.
  • Skillfully handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to foster long-term loyalty and trust.

Store Merchandising & Operations

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and a professional aesthetic in the your department.
  • Assist in ensuring all product displays are visually appealing, accurately priced, and fully stocked to maximize customer attraction and product visibility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: The competitive base salary will be discussed directly with the candidate. Initial salary discussions can be efficiently conducted via phone or online meeting to accommodate applicants who reside in areas far from the Head Office in Abu Dhabi.
  • Incentive Structure: Eligibility for a very strong monthly bonus structure is offered. This highly rewarding opportunity is tied to a comprehensive performance assessment, including sales achievement, customer service excellence, Training progress, and Basic Performance Indicator (KPI) attainment.
