Sales Executive - Online Travel Agency (OTA)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Executive - Online Travel Agency to drive OTA revenue growth and manage end-to-end travel operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep OTA expertise with operational know-how and sales acumen to maximize bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new OTA partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing OTA accounts to maximize bookings, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns for key OTA channels.
- Handle end-to-end travel operations, including OTA ticketing, fare checks, reissues, and refunds.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound travel services for FIT and corporate clients, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Manage specialized travel services, including Schengen visas, Umrah packages, holiday tours, and Dubai tours.
- Build and maintain partnerships with international Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to expand offerings.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, documentation, and customer communications while meeting sales targets.
- Analyze OTA performance metrics and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proven experience in OTA management, travel operations, or sales within the travel, hospitality, or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, ticketing systems, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Customer service-oriented
- Multi-language proficiency is a plus
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000
