Sales Executive Onsite Karachi

Looking for a Sales Executive who is willing to work on Nooriabad, Karachi & Lahore.

Hiring for a Plastic Manufacturing company.

Role Overview – Sales Executive

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Identify, approach, and convert potential customers for PET Preforms (B2B sales focus).

Ability to quickly develop in-depth understanding of PET Preforms (sizes, applications, quality parameters, pricing dynamics).

Proactively generate new leads through market visits, industry mapping, and networking.

Strong ability to research online and offline to identify beverage, pharma, and FMCG companies using PET packaging.

Conduct professional meetings, present product offerings, handle objections, and close sales.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement and production teams of client companies.

Maintain structured reporting of visits, leads, conversions, and market feedback.

Preference for candidates with 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (packaging, plastics, or industrial products preferred).

Self-driven, target-oriented, strong communication skills, and a high ownership mindset.

Must be presentable, well-dressed, and maintain hygiene.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: Market competitive
  • Benefits: All expenses related to Travel for Sales visits will be covered by the company.

Other Requirement:

Work Timings: 9 am - 6pm

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Rotation: Candidate will only visit factory during to acquire the needed product knowledge and the manufacturing process. Once that is completed he will be on-ground on daily basis. 2 weeks in Karachi / 2 weeks in Lahore & surrounding areas.
