Sales Executive – Outbound Cold Calling

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 70 outbound cold calls daily
• Identify and engage potential clients for marketing services
• Clearly present and explain company offerings
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Convert leads into paying clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (cold calling/outbound preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic understanding of marketing services (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in English and Urdu

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 25,000/month
• Commission: PKR 5,000 per client closed
