Sales Executive (Outdoor & Indoor) Female

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:

To drive sales of Perfumes/ beauty products, through active client engagement, boutique/store sales (indoor), and targeted salon, spa, and retail partner visits (outdoor) to achieve monthly sales targets and expand brand presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:Outdoor Sales:

  • Identify, approach, and close deals with salons, spas, retail stores, and potential B2B partners for Valeria Perfumes.
  • Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to present products and secure orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service levels and consistent follow-ups.
  • Track and report client feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Indoor Sales:

  • Actively sell Valeria Perfumes to walk-in customers within the store or booth environment.
  • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels in the store.
  • Assist in handling cash, POS transactions, and inventory control when required.
  • Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and store KPIs.

General:

  • Prepare daily sales reports and client visit summaries.
  • Participate in brand activations, exhibitions, and pop-ups as required.
  • Support digital marketing promotions by gathering customer data and encouraging social media engagement.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly, maintaining Valeria’s premium brand image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the perfumes, beauty, or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Presentable, with excellent grooming standards.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s retail and salon/spa network is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license (for outdoor sales role).

Compensation:

  • Base salary (based on experience)
  • Commission on sales
  • Performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • sales: 2 years (Preferred)
