Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to help expand our customer base through direct client engagement and field visits. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, follow-up, and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

*Generate leads through outdoor visits and field activity

*Meet potential clients at offices, homes, or commercial sites

*Present and promote our cleaning and maintenance services

*Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions

*Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales

*Meet monthly sales targets

*Maintain accurate records of visits and client interactions

*Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

*1–2 years of outdoor sales or field marketing experience

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*Presentable and confident in face-to-face client meetings

*Must own a bike or a car for travel within the city

*Self-motivated and target-driven

*Knowledge of the construction, installations & steel industry is a plus
