Sales Executive (Personal Leasing)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth to strengthen our market presence across the UAE.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales channels to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the Real Estate or Banking sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Car Rental Personal Leasing: 2 years (Required)
