Sales Executive (Quarantine Fumigation Services)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and expand our Quarantine Fumigation Business under the Department of Plant Protection (DPP) compliance framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in the fumigation and pest management services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Swift Property Management Services’ quarantine fumigation solutions to shipping lines, freight forwarders, and exporters, warehouses, and logistics companies, packaging industry and Agri-commodities traders.
  • Generate new leads and manage client outreach through meetings, cold calls, visits and professional networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat business and long-term contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals in line with company standards.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Department of Plant Protection (DPP) regulations and quarantine fumigation standards.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and submit them regularly to the Sales Manager/Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, sales & Marketing, Agriculture & Agribusiness or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (in pest control, fumigation, or logistics industry preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of quarantine fumigation practices, export/import procedures, and DPP regulations will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
