SALES EXECUTIVE -REAL ESTATE

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors in Qatar
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Ensure all documentation complies with Qatar real estate regulations and company policies
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid Qatar Driving License
  • Transferable visa with NOC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
