Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers and investors
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and payment plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitors in Qatar
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Ensure all documentation complies with Qatar real estate regulations and company policies
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English
- Valid Qatar Driving License
- Transferable visa with NOC
