Sales Executive (Real Estate)

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring accurate contract processing and high-quality after-sales service. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage leads for real estate sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide comprehensive details and insights about real estate properties to potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to facilitate decision-making.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented individual.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
