Key Responsibilities:
- Making calls/messages and briefing new customers about our real estate project.
- Develop & maintain strategic relationships with clients to grow business.
- Identify potential clients.
- Maintain a good relationship with the clients and stay in close contact to discuss their requirements.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with contacts to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product & market knowledge.
- Establish best practices.
- Daily log call details, lead information, and updates in the CRM.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Other tasks given by the company from time to time.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 YOE as Sales Executive in the Real Estate Industry is Required.
- Excellent spoken communication skills.
- Strong ability to convince, negotiate, and close bookings.
- Professional attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree is Required.
Compensation:
- Basic salary + attractive commission structure.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
