Senior Sales Executive - NVOCC Specialist (Dubai)

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 7 years of specialized sales experience in the NVOCC sector to manage high-volume clients and aggressively expand our market share in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

* Generate and close NVOCC sales for high-volume FCL and LCL ocean freight services.

* Negotiate and secure long-term shipping contracts with major BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners) and traders.

* Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Manage a portfolio of key NVOCC accounts, ensuring profitability and strong retention.

* Liaise closely with operations to ensure optimal slot utilization and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

* 7+ years of proven sales experience exclusively within the NVOCC or Container Line industry.

* Deep knowledge of the UAE maritime market, port procedures, and global trade lanes.

* Expertise in ocean freight pricing, slot management, and import/export documentation.

* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

* Highly target-driven and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline.

* Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
