Sales Executive Telecom & CPaaS Solutions

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Telecom Firms / SaaS / CPaaS)

Qualification: BBA in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in telecom firms, SaaS, or CPaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong telesales and B2B sales skills, be capable of driving sales closures, and achieving KPIs. This role requires both indoor telesales and outdoor client visits/marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B leads in the telecom, SaaS, and CPaaS domains.
  • Conduct telesales campaigns and convert prospects into customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide product demonstrations and digital presentations to potential clients.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Engage in outdoor marketing activities to generate business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ proven experience in Sales, preferably in Telecom Firms, SaaS, or CPaaS solutions.
  • Strong telesales, B2B, and sales closure background.
  • Solid knowledge of digital sales channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to engage in outdoor sales/marketing.
  • Own vehicle (bike) with a valid license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 70K-110K as per professional experiences + KPI allowances/bonuses.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
