Job Purpose:

To promote and sell the company’s range of Emirati men’s wear and tailoring services by identifying potential clients, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience both in-store and through external client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers including walk-ins, VIP clients, and corporate buyers.
  • Conduct field visits to build and maintain relationships with clients outside the shop.
  • Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and community events.
  • Promote tailoring services and fabric collections to increase sales and client retention.

2. Customer Assistance & Consultation

  • Greet and assist customers at the shop, providing personalized advice on fabrics, styles, and tailoring options.
  • Take accurate measurements and ensure all client requirements are communicated to the tailoring team.
  • Maintain strong after-sales service through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest fabrics, trends, and traditional Emirati styles.
  • Ensure product displays are appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Stay updated on seasonal collections and communicate promotions to clients.

4. Sales & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or manual logs.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales performance and customer insights to the management team.

5. Field & Shop Coordination

  • Coordinate between the tailoring unit, fabric suppliers, and the shop to ensure smooth client service.
  • Support the delivery and fitting process by visiting clients when required.
  • Represent the brand professionally during events, exhibitions, or fashion showcases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in textile, tailoring, fashion retail, or men’s traditional wear.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and cultural awareness of Emirati attire.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car is mandatory.
