Sales Executive – Truck Dispatch

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Truck Dispatch Campaign - Sales Agents located in Multan. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting our truck dispatch services to potential clients, managing customer accounts, and maximizing sales opportunities within the trucking industry. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contact and onboard new trucking companies (owner-operators and fleet owners) for dispatch services.
  • Pitch dispatching services to potential clients using cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to increase load bookings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and build a steady book of business.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatchers to ensure smooth service after onboarding.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for carrier acquisition and revenue generation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B communication (preferred).
  • Previous exposure to USA Truck Dispatch campaigns or logistics sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of the U.S. freight market (training provided).
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (USA time zone).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
