Sales Executive (Creative Services)(Discord & Twitch) – Night Shift
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Full-time, On-site)
Industry: Creative & Digital Services (UGC Content, 2D Animation, Motion Graphics, Brand Design)

At Globo Tech Solutions, we specialize in delivering innovative creative services to a global clientele. We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients through Discord servers, Twitter DMs, Twitch communities, and Meta platforms.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales engagement data to optimize messaging strategies for maximum conversion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to align sales efforts with service offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or lead generation, preferably within the creative or digital services industry.(Discord & Twitch)
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter, and Meta.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
