Position: Customer Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately and confidently address customer needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
- Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a customer-facing role, ideally within the packaging industry.
- Solid knowledge of packaging campaigns, especially for US, Canadian, and UK markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
