About the Role

We are looking for energetic Sales Executives with hands-on experience in US construction estimation. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and construction campaigns. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, generating leads via cold calling, and hunting potential clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients via phone, chat, and Skype to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction ratings across all platforms.
• Conduct B2B lead generation and business development in the US construction market.
• Analyze client needs and market trends to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular progress and performance reports.
• Use cold calling and other marketing strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
• Utilize tools such as Apollo, Google My Business (GMB), and other prospecting platforms for lead generation.
• Target potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in US construction estimation.
• Strong knowledge of US construction practices, materials, and cost structures.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong client management and coordination abilities.
• Experience with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia) is a plus.
