Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Record all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sales Aptitude: Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems or related software is an advantage.
• Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
