Sales Executive - Used Earth Moving Machinery

Job description:

We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Sales Representatives / Executive with proven sales track records in Sales of Used Heavy machinery/Earthmoving Equipment within UAE Market.

Job Duties:

  • Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • We are primarily seeking Heavy Machinery showroom representatives with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in walk-in sales, product display, and customer service.
  • It would be an advantage if candidates also have experience as outdoor sales executives, including field presence, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Valid UAE Driving License

Work Location :

  • Sharjah
