Job Purpose
The Sales Executive – Watches is responsible for promoting and selling watches, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting watches, providing detailed product knowledge and guidance.
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell watch collections and accessories to meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of different brands, models, and features to advise customers effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism.
- Manage stock levels, ensure product displays are attractive, and maintain store merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems and manage cash/card payments.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated with the latest watch industry trends, collections, and competitors.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of luxury retail and brand positioning is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and POS system knowledge.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
