Role Summary

We are on lookout for a proactive and experienced Agro commodity Sales Executive in the FMCG wholesale division to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on sales in the wholesale sector and should possess strong existing buyer networks all over in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunitiesin the wholesale FMCG market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate deals and close contracts that maximize company profits while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and make strategic adjustments as needed.

Rquirements

• 4-6 years of wholesale sales experience preferably in FMCG/foodstuff trading is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding wholesale sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English , Hindi, Malayalam , Tamil (Arabic languages is a plus).
• Possess strong network and client database in the wholesale FMCG sector.
