Sales Executive/Assistant Branch Manager - Retail

E-Lite is urgently looking for Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager. *

*Location: Islamabad

*Job Description*

· Responsible and accountable for smooth execution of all inventory reconciliation till operation.

· Sales growth strategies.

· Cash handling.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

· Customer services & customer problem solving.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of retail trends and understanding of customer preferences.

*Requirements and Skills: *

· 1-2 years of working experience in similar role.

· Proven experience as an ABM/BM, or similar role

· Using Microsoft Excel.

· Understanding of store operations.

· Intermediate OR BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Salary Package: Competitive, based on experience.

· Target based Commission + Product incentive on special products.
