Sales Executive(Oman)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell trading academy courses and programs to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, or online) to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.

• Stay updated with trading and financial market trends to better engage with clients.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or related industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – soft-spoken and customer-friendly approach is a must.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Passion for financial markets and a keen interest in trading/financial education.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
