Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Sales (Night Shift)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Phase 4
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Onsite, Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on B2B sales in the US and Canadian markets, working onsite during night shifts to align with client time zones. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to build lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the US and Canadian B2B markets.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and build pipelines.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/ATS tools.
• Collaborate with the business development team to strategize and expand market reach.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally targeting US/Canadian clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite during night shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
