Sales Expert – Renovation/ Fit-Out / Interior Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business leads within residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand project requirements.
• Work closely with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
• Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline through CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and private clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in renovation, interior design, and/or fit-out contracting within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction and real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ, and scope of works.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
