Sales Export Area Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Proven experience (5+ years) in export sales, area management, or international business development, preferably in the electrical products industry.

· Strong knowledge of electrical products (switchgear, cables, lighting, transformers, control systems, etc.).

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple markets and work with diverse cultures.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in assigned international markets.

· Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and partners in target countries.

· Build and maintain strong business relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competition, and assess market trends for electrical products.

· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients and distributors to ensure profitability.

· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

· Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, and technical support) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

· Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

· Ensure compliance with export regulations, product certifications, and documentation requirements.

· Provide product training and technical support to distributors and key clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
