Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales team for a USA-based SEO and Digital Marketing campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a solid background in sales closing or customer success (CST), and the capability to inspire a team to consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.

✅ Monitor live calls and provide feedback to improve closing ratios.

✅ Motivate, train, and support team members to enhance performance and maintain consistency.

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure team alignment.

✅ Collaborate with HR and Training departments for recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents.

✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.

✅ Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive atmosphere on the sales floor.

✅ Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Closing or Customer Success (CST) within a US-based SEO/Digital Marketing campaign (mandatory).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivational abilities.

In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, especially SEO.

Target-driven mindset with proven experience in achieving or exceeding goals.
