Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girl with experience in cosmetics and beauty products to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting cosmetics and skincare products.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics or beauty retail (e.g., Sephora, Faces, Lifestyle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Language: English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
